I’m absolutely delighted to announce that I’ve been appointed as a community Trustee of the Board with Manchester City of Literature.

This wonderful charity exists to connect communities across Manchester to reading, writing and literature in its many forms. From slam poetry, to graphic novels, to the city’s incredible literary heritage. As someone who has previously benefitted from the work of this small-but-mighty team, it feels great to be able to volunteer my time and give something back.

I can’t wait to get stuck in supporting the brilliant programming and helping to nurture creative talent and our literature-loving communities.
