Extra celebrations for me as my short story ‘The Rain Brings Toads’ was selected for inclusion in this year’s NFFD Anthology!

It’s a weird little tale about a girl who decides to become a toad instead of growing up. Which, if you’re anything like me, is probably something you seriously considered at some point.

I don’t write a lot of flash, so I feel really honoured to be published alongside some phenomenal flash fiction authors from all across the world. It’s also my first time having a story printed in a physical book. Exciting!

This year’s anthology is titled ‘Monsoon’, and you can pick up a copy from the National Flash Fiction Day website.
