- I only ever collect data or personal information for the purpose of carrying out work commissioned by my client – this may include necessary staff\/team member details, to allow collaboration, meetings and work reviews. I may also use this information to reach out to clients from time to to time to check in and offer my services. Any data collected through the use of my website is only to provide my website\/display my portfolio.

How long we keep information
I keep information for a period of six years + 1 (current year). This is to (i) enable my financial records to be compliant with HMRC’s tax and recording requirements, (ii) comply with my insurance policies and (ii) comply with client contractual obligations and evidence delivery of work (under the Limitation Act 1980). Marketing and contact data may be retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
